Daiwa has officially launched its latest innovation in fishing lures: the Sinking Lazy FASHAD 100S, a larger version of the original design. Introduced in 2025, this new model boasts several enhancements, including Daiwa's proprietary Laser Impact flash technology, which dramatically improves the lure's visibility in water.
"LASER IMPACT provides an incredible level of visibility to the fish," said Chris Martin, the Field Marketing Manager for Daiwa. The lure's vibrant colors combined with this technology capture and reflect light in all directions unlike a traditional foil, which tends to only direct light in one or two limited angles.
This strategic design is intended to draw predatory fish closer, enticing them with a natural-looking action. The design incorporates a unique, forward-facing fin that mimics a fleeing baitfish, increasing the chances of a bite when the fish approach the lure.
With a length of 100mm and a weight of 32 grams, the Lazy FASHAD 100S is constructed from a durable ABS plastic body, which enhances its longevity and performance. The lure is also fitted with upgraded #2 BKK 3x saltwater-grade treble hooks, designed to provide superior holding power and a higher hook-up rate.

With an MSRP of $18.99, it comes in five visually appealing colors: Chart Head Mullet, Chart Head Sardine, Blue Pink, Red Head, and Max Laser.
